FAQ

Common
questions.

What owners ask before they request access: who drives the cars, what it costs, and how coverage works. AutoTurn has not launched yet, so where a term is still being set, the answer says so.

Yes. Membership is asset-backed: the car you bring is your membership key, so the network stays focused on real cars rather than abstract accounts.

Only other members, and every member brings a car of their own into the club. AutoTurn is not a rental service, so there are no public renters.

AutoTurn is invitation-only. You request access, and owners are accepted market by market. The full acceptance criteria will be published before launch.

AutoTurn has not launched yet. It is opening city by city, and people on the access list hear first when their market opens.

Monthly dues depend on your plan and the value band of the car you bring, starting at $299 a month for Basic in Band A. Each trade costs tokens: one per tier you move up, plus a one-token platform fee (1 token = $25). These are launch prices and may change before AutoTurn opens.

Tokens are issued monthly, roll over, and are spent only when a trade clears. Gap pricing follows the tier difference, and same-tier trades pay only the platform fee.

That is the plan: AutoTurn is arranging commercial coverage that applies from the moment a trade settles until the handoff inspection closes, with a member deductible. No policy is in force yet; the final terms will be published before the first trade.

The member responsible pays the deductible. AutoTurn documents every handoff before and after the trade, so the condition of the car is on record rather than debated.

The membership terms, including how to cancel, will be published before launch, and you will see them before you pay anything.
